KEEPING IT LOCAL: As my small business has grown, one of the greatest joys has been watching friendships form and a real sense of community develop among my clients. Most are from Sutton Coldfield—a place I’ve proudly called home for over 40 years. And whilst I will always push to get maximum gains, there is always time for smiles, giggles and the odd social outing!

I have been practicing Mat Pilates with Simone for the last three years and more recently started working on the reformer. I have obviously built stamina but more importantly, I feel strong and positive about myself, and at 55, I am moving with more ease and energy then ever before. This is directly related to Simone’s teaching. She is incredibly intuitive. She listens, understands and cues the needs of each client in a way that makes every class feel like a 1:1. At the same time, Simone has built a community of warm, welcoming and passionate people of all ages, so no matter what class you choose you leave feeling supported and positive.
