Classes & Private Sessions

Classes & Private Sessions

Unlock your potential and be the best version of you.

Each of my small group classes (max. 5 people on the Mat, max. 2 people on the Reformer) and private sessions (1:1 or 2:1) are designed to support your health and wellbeing—and while they can be enjoyed individually, many naturally complement one another. For example, Mat and Reformer Pilates work particularly well together, enhancing your overall practice, whilst the Stretch, Meditation and Reiki classes fall into a similar category. You might choose to focus on one service, stick with a favourite as part of your regular routine, or explore others whenever it feels right for you. There are a range of flexible passes to suit your needs, whether you’re looking for a one-off session or a regular commitment.

Make Yourself a Priority

Getting started is often the hardest part—but building a routine happens faster than you think. Once regular practice becomes part of your lifestyle, you’ll likely wonder why you didn’t begin sooner!

A few years ago I was changing jobs which meant I would have more flexibility with my time and a friend suggested I come along to a Pilates class. At first I wasn’t sure , I hadn’t really exercised that much and was getting older and overweight . Even so I decided to give it a go. Initially I went once a week and over time have built it up to three times a week. The benefits physically and mentally are so essential to day to day life. Simone is such a great teacher, she is always supportive and instils confidence in your ability, so you don’t feel daft or embarrassed in a class. The ‘studio’ in the garden is just the right size for a small class or 1:1; straight away you feel relaxed and in an environment where you feel comfortable and can give anything ago, even things you thought were way to difficult . On a personal level I can say Pilates has made such a difference to how I move not just in class but apply it to everything you do. Simone is professional, kind and compassionate about her work, she makes something so difficult possible. I highly recommend giving one of her classes ago , persevere for a short period of time and you will certainly feel the benefit . | Tracey F
